The Right Real Estate Agent

People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.  I have been selling and renting real estate FULL TIME for 8 years.  Real Estate is my passion and I enjoy working with all my clients. When you choose me as your Realtor, you can be assured that you will be kept updated.  I will not have a voice mail that says I only check my messages at 1:00 and 4:00 and will return your call at 6:00.  My phone is on and I will answer your call or call you right back.  That is my guarantee!

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.  I have also live in the area my whole life, so I know the area extensively. You won't get lost with me!  If you are relcoating and need to be close to work, chances are I know the areas where you can get the most house for the money and still be close to your work. 

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.
